The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in a written quotation, proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these general Terms.
2. Free Consultation
Consultations requested through our website are free and carry no obligation. Advice given during a consultation is general guidance and not a binding offer until confirmed in a written quotation.
3. Quotations, Payments and Refunds
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects usually start after an advance payment, with the balance due on milestones or delivery, as stated in your quotation.
- Package and offer prices shown on this website may change without notice. Limited-time discounts apply only during the stated period.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, app store fees and advertising spend are not refundable once purchased.
- Any money-back guarantee applies only as described in the specific offer or quotation.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide content, images, logins and feedback on time. Delays on your side may extend the project timeline.
- Make sure you own or have permission to use any content, logos and images you give us.
- Keep your passwords and account details secure.
5. Intellectual Property
After full payment, you own the final design, content and custom code created specifically for your project. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates and software products, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
6. Hosting, Domains and Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, AI models and other third-party services are provided under their providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by third parties.
7. AI Solutions
AI systems such as chatbots and agents can occasionally produce inaccurate results. We design them with safeguards, but you are responsible for reviewing important outputs and for how AI tools are used in your business.
8. Support and Maintenance
Bug fixes for issues in our work are included for the period stated in your quotation. New features, content updates and ongoing maintenance after that period are charged separately or under a maintenance plan.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to hack it, sending spam through our forms, or copying our content or code without permission.
10. Sale of webparagons.com
Offers submitted through our Website For Sale page are invitations to negotiate, not binding contracts. A sale is final only after both parties sign a written agreement and payment is completed, preferably through a trusted escrow service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WebParagons is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
